Quinn is one of DBM CPA’s technical experts and his extensive experience and detail-oriented nature helps ensure that all matters are appropriately addressed at both the accounting and financial reporting stages.

Stephen is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) currently providing CFO and Financial Reporting Consulting services to companies listed on Canadian and US stock exchanges within various industries. Stephen started his own advisory firm, Oakside Advisory Ltd., which merged and founded DBM CPA in 2018. Stephen had previously spent several years in assurance services for public companies at Davidson & Company LLP. He obtained his

Dan had previously spent several years in assurance services for public companies at Davidson & Company LLP. He obtained his

David joined DBM CPA in 2024 as the firm’s Private Enterprise Tax Manager. He obtained his CPA designation in 2021 while working at KPMG after completing a Bachelor of Commerce at UBC. He has extensive experience in tax compliance and planning, having worked on engagements with real estate developers, financial institutions, and various private enterprise clients.

Outside of work, David enjoys playing music with his band, keeping active, and connecting with the great outdoors.

Rahul obtained his CPA designation in 2024, and has been with DBM CPA since March 218, supporting fractional CFO and financial reporting engagements for companies listed on Canadian stock exchanges, private enterprise, and assurance services, in addition to his foundational background in full-cycle accounting services. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in 2020.

Mr. Grassi is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over four decades of expertise currently servicing small businesses and providing personal and corporate income tax compliance and planning services. He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University.
